A house on three levels from the 1950s, an internal passageway that leads to a small courtyard with a garage. This is the premise of this heavy restructuring (completely redone wooden floors, internal stairs and roof).

A review of the old distribution spaces made it possible to create a laundry room on the ground floor, while the garage was converted into a multi-purpose space. On the first floor there is the living area with a service bathroom, while on the second floor, subject to the increase in surface area, two bedrooms and a bathroom are obtained.
